Wine Description
Deep ruby in colour with hints of purple, this wine opens with a refined bouquet of red and black fruits, liquorice, and garrigue. As it matures, it develops layered aromas of cherry in brandy, strawberry preserves, truffle, roasted notes, and black olive. The palate is supple and fresh when young, marked by black cherry and herbaceous tones. With age, it broadens into a full-bodied expression with a lingering finish of jammy fruit, earth, and spice. The blend features primarily Grenache, supported by Syrah and Mourvdre. Syrah is matured in French oak barrels, while Grenache rests in century-old foudres, creating harmony between structure and elegance.
