Very discreet perception of alcohol; a traditional recipe concept where sugar is well balanced. The body is given a soft sweetness and a delicate acidity which makes it complex and round and persistent in the finish.

Excellent to drink alone preferably cold or with ice together with dessert. With good rich white wine or champagne, it becomes perfect for the preparation of the famous KIR and/or KIR Royal cocktail, to be served as an aperitif. It is also known to be used in the feathery Singapore Sling cocktail.

Any presence of precipitates on the bottom of the bottle is determined by the naturalness of the raw materials used in the production. According to an ancient Italian recipe from 1882, with a touch of modernity; does not contain chemical additives.
