The Henri Giraud Blanc de Blancs Craie NV is composed of 100% Chardonnay from chalk soils of the Montagne de Reims. Based on the 2017 vintage, the blend includes 10% of reserve wines from A Grand Cru, matured for 12 months in Argonne oak barrels before being incorporated.
