Founded in 1948 and now led by Saa Radikon, the estate is celebrated for its uncompromising commitment to natural, organic viticulture and extended skin-contact winemaking. Radikon has been instrumental in redefining the character of white wines through traditional methods and minimal intervention.

Wine Description
The 2018 Oslavje is a captivating blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Sauvignon Blanc, produced from organically cultivated vines with an average age of 30 years. This amber-hued wine reveals aromas of dried apricot, orange zest, herbal tea, and subtle oxidative notes. On the palate, it is richly textured yet vibrant, offering layers of stone fruit, honeycomb, and a fine mineral streak, all supported by a well-integrated acidity. The wine undergoes a three-month maceration on the skins, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, and ages for 42 months in large Slavonian oak barrels, followed by an additional 18 months in bottle. It is bottled without added sulphites or filtration, resulting in remarkable purity and complexity.
