Trois Noix Napa Valley Chardonnay 2020

Trois Noix began as a collaboration with amazingly talented friends who happened to be fabulous winemakers and grape growers, with the goal of making fresh and precise wines of time and place. Standing on that foundation today, they are a bridge between Established Napa and Next Napa, holding onto that sense of place while inviting as many people as they can to revel with them in their shared love of wine.

Crafted from a small lot of the historic Muir-Hanna Vineyard in Oak Knoll, Trois Noix Chardonnay offers delicate notes of white peach, green apple, and jasmine. They chose to forego any malolactic fermentation to maintain the fruits freshness and purity of expression, resulting in a wine with medium body, crisp acidity, and minerality.

Though a cold glass is enjoyable on its own, the racy acidity and medium body makes it a perfect pairing for grilled halibut or a creamy risotto.
